F I T N E S SI N S T R U C T O R &PERSONAL TRAINERWHAT IS IT?We are a private studio based in Navan, Co.Meath, that specialise in Health, Fitness & Wellbeing.We deliver classes, coaching, small group training, workshops, retreats & more.We take an integrated approach to the clients we work with building on physical and mental fitness by working on areas such as sports science, exercise physiology, psychology, positive psychology, nutritional wellbeing, neuroscience, holistic health approaches & more.We are an award winning studio nominated as Health & Fitness business of the year and work with over 150+ clients on a weekly basis.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?The role entails a long term progression for all our coaches to be able to evolve, learn & earn more over their career as they progress.We realise, most personal trainers last 2-3 years max until they become burnt out taking on too many hours, having no time for life or family just to make a living, struggle to find enough clients to pay the bills, massive rent overheads, and having to all the other not so enjoyable tasks of accounts, administration etc.We aim to create a positive, energising, fun, balanced time and professional environment for coaches to create a long term, financially supported career that they love and enjoy, where they can learn and master the trade.The starting coachee will have a set hour of conducting classes, small group personal training hours per week) , and work on coaching clients overall health and wellbeing and background systems to help them reach their potential hours per week)WHO IS THIS ROLE FOR?The role is for someone who wants to progress themselves, learn and grow more as a coach, and be involved with a team and community that are all working together towards a bigger mission and goal.A coach that wants to create a long term career path for themselves to able to support their own life, family, and socially to have a healthy work life balance.The candidate must be qualified in group instruction and personal training, but does not need any further experience or training as this will all be delivered through our coach progression development training.Check out our social media to get a feel for our brand and mission...Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programGym membershipOn-site parkingWellness programWork from homeWork Location: In person
