Store Manager role at Connections Travel Group – Tallaght, Dublin.
This is a full-time position (40 hours) reporting to store leadership and focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high visual merchandising standards
Drive sales through effective team coaching, KPI management, and commercial decision-making
Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their potential
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Report on store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
About You
Minimum 3 years\' experience in a Store Manager role, ideally within fashion retail
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
