About Our ClientA commercial and industrial equipment supplier to a range of sectors that is people and team focused.Job DescriptionAsOperations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional service across our organisation.You'll lead a broad portfolio of critical functions-includingfield service management, customer contact centres, warehouse operations, and project installations-ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.You'll manage a diverse team of service managers, in-field engineers, call centre staff, and warehouse personnel, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.Your focus will be onenhancing service delivery, drivingcustomer satisfaction, and implementingefficient inventory and product delivery strategies.You'll also lead the successful delivery of complex project installations-coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Working closely with the CEO, you'll shape and manage operational budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and implement cost-effective strategies that maintain quality and service excellence.You'll ensure compliance through regular audits, reporting, and risk assessments.This is a role for astrategic, hands-on leaderwho thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.You'll inspire cross-functional teams, mentor managers, and build a high-performance culture rooted inagility, responsibility, and continuous improvement.Using data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities for innovation and operational optimisation-delivering lasting impact and long-term success.The Successful ApplicantYou are a highly accomplished operations leader with a strong track record at Director level, ideally within a service-led, customer-focused environment.You bring proven success acrossservice delivery and project installations, and you know how to lead and inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams.You have strongproject management skills, a history of drivingoperational change and continuous improvement, and solidfinancial acumen, including experience managing budgets and KPIs.You're a clear communicator and relationship builder, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.We're looking for acollaborative, customer-focused leaderwho bringsenergy, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitudeto every challenge.The role is based in Dublin, Ireland.What's on OfferCompetitive basic, bonus and benefits.Expanding organisation and excellent opportunity to join the SLT in a new role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
