As the Night Manager, your shift will begin at 11pm and your duties will include: the smooth running of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and Duty Managers by supervising the night team. dealing with late arrival of guests and early departure in accordance with the Front Office policy and procedures. answering calls to the hotel in a courteous and helpful manner taking messages and ensuring they are passed onto the relevant guests and staff as applicable. managing all monies and charges on behalf of the hotel and ensure that all such monies and charges are transferred to the duty receptionist in the morning. preparing the weekly staff roster for the night team ensuring that levels of business are taken into consideration.
