Meade Farm Group are seeking a proactive and hands-on Forklift Goods-In Supervisor to lead our yard and inbound logistics team within a fast-paced fresh produce environment.This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and accurate receipt, handling, and storage of incoming goods, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Job Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the forklift goods inward team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and continuous flow of materials and produce through the yard and into production.Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company systems and standards, including Traceability, Health & Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ERP systems.Liaise with internal departments including Quality Assurance, Procurement and Production to ensure smooth coordination of inbound logistics and inventory availability.Lead daily yard team briefings to communicate operational priorities, updates, and safety reminders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Operate material handling equipment — including Forklifts and Telehandlers — safely and efficiently as part of daily operations.Key Behaviours / CompetenciesProven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/ distribution environment.Valid forklift licence.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good Attitude to work.Self-motivated and energetic.Be health & safety conscious.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Navan, CO.Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
