Service Technician Midlands €**** per hour An industry-leading machinery specialist is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their growing team.This hands-on role involves both workshop-based and mobile servicing of high-end equipment across the region.Ideal for a mechanically-minded professional who enjoys autonomy, technical problem-solving, and supporting clients in the field.The Role: Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy machinery, both in workshop and on customer sites Conduct inspections, scheduled services, and major overhauls across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Operate from a fully equipped service van to respond to breakdowns and service calls Advise customers on preventative maintenance and machine performance Document work orders, service reports, and parts usage Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a high-performance technical support team What You Need: Trade qualification in mechanics, heavy plant, agricultural or similar Strong experience with heavy plant, agricultural or construction machinery Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems Diagnostic and fault-finding experience using technical manuals and tools Full clean drivers licence Self-starter with the ability to work independently in field conditions Excellent customer-facing skills and a proactive attitude Whats on Offer: €**** per hour depending on experience Permanent, full-time role with overtime opportunities Company van, tools, and equipment provided Training on specialist equipment and continuous technical development Supportive, established team culture and strong pipeline of work
