Cpl Healthcareare currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting in Waterford.
We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements:A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant fieldClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingExperience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adultsKnowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresKnowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull, clean manual driving licenseSuccessful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and will be part of an energetic, dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where service users can develop their independent living skills and participate in activities.
