Our client, a renowned luxury 5-star hotel in the stunning county of Wicklow, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead their exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to manage and elevate the guest dining experience in a prestigious and award-winning hotel. Position: Food & Beverage Manager Location: Co. Wicklow Salary: Up to €65,000 per annum (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Hotel: Located in the heart of Co. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hotels food and beverage departments, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all dining areas. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of F&B professionals, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all food and beverage operations. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other key departments to develop and implement innovative menus and dining concepts. Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction, with attention to detail in service delivery. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize costs and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene and quality standards. Create and execute F&B promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar senior role within a luxury 5-star or high-end hotel. Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and developing successful teams. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control. A passion for food, wine, and hospitality with the ability to curate exceptional dining experiences. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends, innovation, and best practices in food and beverage operations.
