An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Structural Design Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
Oversee a variety of structural engineering projects for our clients, from initial design through to production.
Prepare structural calculations for a wide range of projects, including multi-storey buildings and carparks, and design high quality pre-cast products that meet specifications.
Mentor Design Technicians and guide them on all design aspects of the project.
Check the Design Technicians 3D models, General Arrangement drawings and shop drawings.
Liaise with customers, external design teams and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.
Provide technical guidance to our QS Department, H&S Department, Manufacturing Personnel and Site Erection crews.
Qualifications / Skills
Previous experience in a structural design engineering role with precast or reinforced concrete experience
A third level degree
Excellent communication and organisation skills
The ability to manage and prioritise daily workload
Focus on deadlines
The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
