Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: ToolmakersJob Type:Full TimeLocation:Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co.Kerry, Ireland.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications.Operate manual and CNC machines (e.g., lathes, milling machines, grinders, EDM) to produce tooling components.Assemble, test, and modify tools and dies to meet design requirements and tolerances.Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on existing tooling.Collaborate with design engineers and production staff to resolve tooling issues and improve tool performance.Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and manufacturing efficiency.Skills, Competencies and Education:Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers).Skilled in machining processes including turning, milling, grinding, and fitting.Knowledge of CNC programmingAttention to detail and commitment to quality.Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Toolmaking or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a toolmaking environment.Experience in injection molding, press tooling, or die casting tools.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam).We aim to fill these positions immediately, interested applicants should email theirC.Valong with acover letterdescribing why they are suited to this position to ****** Applicants should make sure to put position name in the subject line of the email.Closing date for applications:Friday 31st October at 5pm.#J-*****-Ljbffr
