Inside Sales Team Lead (Manager) We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone ready to grow their career in a company that rewards hard work and results. Youll focus on building strong relationships with customers, growing sales, and leading a small team to success. Location:County Monaghan Salary & Benefits: €50,000. Bonus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support an internal sales team to build a pipeline of key accounts. Explain products and services clearly to customers. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to grow sales. Find new business opportunities with existing and potential customers. Accurately manage and forecast sales opportunities using their tools. Use smart sales strategies to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Learn about our products to confidently share their benefits. Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships. Help improve tender, procurement, and contract processes. Use CRM and other systems consistently to track progress and results. Track and report sales performance to help refine strategies. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience growing sales at a national level. A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred). Strong skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and communication tools. Excellent people and communication skills. Confidence in meeting goals and delivering results. Ambition to grow your career and take on new challenges. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
