Enter coaching session insights (excluding any clinical or personally identifiable information) using the organization's coaching tool in alignment with privacy and data protection policies.
Adhere to all legal and ethical reporting obligations, including risk-based disclosures.
Wellbeing Coach Insights & Reporting
Summarize trends and insights from coaching sessions and observations during floor walks using the organization's reporting tools.
Contribute to regular team updates and meetings with relevant aggregated insights.

Minimum Level 8 BA or BSc (Hons) degree from a recognized and accredited institution in either Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
