About the Role:We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver our Warehouse Safety & Efficiency Training to client in Co.Wicklow.This practical, on-site programme focuses on safe and efficient warehouse operations, including the setup of production and pick/pack areas, correct pallet building, and near-miss awareness.The role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in warehouse operations, safety training, and hands-on facilitation.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and practical training sessions tailored to client warehouse environments.Demonstrate and coach participants on safe warehouse practices, including pallet building and workflow optimization.Educate staff on legal compliance, safety principles, and the importance of efficiency linked with safety.Facilitate discussions and action planning for warehouse improvements.Encourage near-miss reporting and staff involvement in hazard identification.Course Content Delivery Includes:Safety principles & Irish legal requirements (Health, Safety & Welfare at Work Act ****).Safe and efficient setup of production, pick & pack areas.Best practices in pallet building, stacking, and load security.Near-miss awareness and reporting.Practical demonstrations and group exercises.Requirements:Proven experience in warehouse operations, health & safety training, or logistics management.Strong knowledge of manual handling, ergonomics, and Irish health & safety legislation.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to tailor training to different workplace environments.Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €****** per dayExpected hours: 8 per week
