Joining Ryanair Graduate Programme not only means joining Europe's Largest Airline Group but will give you the opportunity to learn from some of the most commercially astute, financially minded, and creative minds in the airline industry and you will forge relationships for life.
Our unique programmes offer you the chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, will receive continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, be brought on a number of trips around the network to better understand Ryanair and its operations and some well-deserved nights out.
The Programme
We have two distinct programmes based in our Malta Air offices,

.
All graduates will start in our Dublin HQ for a period of 6 months before transferring to our office in Malta for the remaining 1.5 years of the programme.

We can support successful candidates with their professional ACA / ACCA qualifications should they wish to pursue this route.
The Application Process
What you need to get in –
You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course.
We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests.
Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Requirements
Studies in a relevantdegree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
Must of graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
The ability to work on own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good sense of humour and doesn't take themselves too seriously
Competitive salary that increases in Year 2
Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations
Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000
Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
