About Us: Zenotec is a Galway-based IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).We specialise in providing IT support, maintenance, hardware, and cloud services to businesses of all sizes across Ireland.Due to continued expansion, we are looking to add a new member to our sales team.Role Overview: We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.This role plays a key part in supporting customer transactions and ensuring smooth order processing.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests with precision and responsiveness, gaining valuable exposure to commercial operations and client engagement—an excellent foundation for future growth in sales.This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and excellent multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:Prepare multiple quotations daily using the internal quoting system for IT hardware, software, and other IT services provided by ZenotecBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfactionAssist sales executives in preparing sales proposals and quotations, providing product knowledge to clients during the sales processManage the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, qualifying prospects, and updating the CRM system with relevant informationDevelop an understanding of Zenotec's IT Managed Service offerings, staying updated with industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition to clientsCollaborate with internal teams such as accounts, project management, procurement, marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and delivery of servicesContinuously learn and enhance sales skills and knowledge through relevant training sessions, workshops, and seminarsRequirements:Experience in a previous sales role for an IT MSP is a distinct advantage but not a requirement.Client-focused individual who is hardworking, dependable, and professionalHigh attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team as well as independentlyFriendly and professional telephone mannerConfident, self-motivated, competitive, and assertiveFluent English speaker with a confident telephone manner and strong client focusProficient in MS Office applications and strong IT skills are a distinct advantageAmbitious to expand your input to help the business further developAny existing understanding and knowledge of IT hardware and software is useful but as part of the role we will work with the candidate to help them learn all of the technical information they need, what we need from the candidate is a willingness to learn, an ability to apply what they learn and most of all, an attitude to work hard and contribute to the teamSchedule:Full-time, Monday to FridayWork Location:Office-based in GalwayJob Type: Full-timePay: €28,******-€32,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
