To Apply for this Job Click HereChanelle Pharma,based in Loughrea, Galway, is on an ambitious growth trajectory, expanding its workforce across a wide range of disciplines and areas of production.We are seeking Production Operatives for Immediate StartICE Group, in partnership with Chanelle, are keen to add diverse andambitious individuals who are willing to learn and get involved with all aspects of the manufacturing process.Job descriptionThis is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Production and Manufacturing function.We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma's vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.In this role, you will report to a Production Supervisor / Production ManagerSuccessful candidates will work a 3-cycle shift pattern.This means that your shift rotation will be the following: days/evenings and nights.This shift rotates on average, every three weeks.ResponsibilitiesManufacture / pack product to cGMP / regulatory standards as outlined in company documentationAccurate completion of all necessary documentationCarry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentationEnsure machines / equipment are maintained and working correctlyCarry out minor machine / equipment adjustments as appropriateClean machines / work area in accordance with standard operating proceduresAssist with training as requiredReach targets relevant to work centreAdhereto health and safety proceduresEnsure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements as outlined in company proceduresMaintain hygiene / housekeeping standards in all production areasComply to terms and conditions as outlined in your contract of employmentCompetenciesAbility to build relationships and collaborate with others is vitalDemonstrate and practice company values on a daily basisSelf-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasksBenefits:Excellent shift premiumsFree onsite gymTraining/Development opportunitiesHealthcare coverQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environmentpreferableExcellent knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirableGood communication, leadership and people management skills are essentialStrong organisational and problem solving abilityAvailability to work on shift cycle based on company requirementsNote:Applicants must be based in Ireland to complete this recruitment process.Please do not apply if you are not based in IrelandApply todayTo Apply for this Job Click Here#J-*****-Ljbffr
