hotel.Your New RoleThe role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships.The ideal candidate should have excellent waiting and bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail.An excellent command of the English language is essential.About The RoleDuties will include:Manage the smooth running of the RestaurantEnsuring your team provide exceptional levels of service for every guestRostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needsTraining team members and implementing SOPs.Ensuring that the food and beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managedHave a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the hotelTo ensure that all standards are maintained at all times.Covering Duty Manager shiftsThe ideal candidate will:Previous experience in a similar role in a four-star propertyExtensive food and beverage experiencePreviously held a departmental food and beverage supervisory or assistant management roleExcellent knowledge of food and wineAbility
