A growing area of business is tax disputes and the role is suitable for a litigator who enjoys court work.
You would join a market leading tax partner and gain invaluable experience as you would help grow this practice.
There is also an opportunity for this person to be based elsewhere than Dublin.
You will be a qualified Solicitor and have 2-3 years' PQE as either a general commercial litigation solicitor or a tax solicitor with good disputes experience.
You will need to be comfortable around the courts and enjoy this aspect of disputes work.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and a personable manner.
This role will suit a proactive lawyer, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
