Pharmacist

Pharmacist Permanent Full time Position Applications are invited for the above position from suitably qualified and experienced pharmacists. The successful candidate will participate in the daily operations of our busy Pharmacy Department and work closely with hospital Consultants and the Chief I Pharmacist to carry out data collection and audit, policy development and implementation and education for multidisciplinary teams. This post may suit a recently qualified or an experienced Pharmacist. Educational support to Masters level may be provided along with the opportunity to progress professionally. The successful candidate will possess the following at a minimum; Be registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland. Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office Planning and organisation skills Demonstrative initiative to work alone Demonstrate leadership and decision making ability Ability to work as part of team in a multidisciplinary setting.
