Site Engineer North Dublin A leading residential developer is seeking a Site Engineer for a major housing project in North Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a high-performing site team and work on large-scale residential developments.
Key Responsibilities: Set out and supervise all site works including groundworks, RC frame, services, and house plots.
Coordinate and interpret site drawings, plans, and schedules.
Monitor subcontractor work and ensure quality control standards are met.
Liaise with site and subcontractor teams to ensure project targets are achieved on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate site records and QA documentation.
Requirements: Degree (Level 8) in Engineering or related discipline.
23 years experience in a site engineering role, ideally with residential or contracting background.
Strong setting out and RC frame experience preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
