Part-time Position
Our client, an established Hospital in Dublin, wishes to recruit a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse, this is a CNM2 Grade.
This role promotes, facilitates, and supports the provision of excellent care for all patients attending the Operating Theatre Department, working collaboratively with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations/ Quality Improvement and Risk Management

Learning and Education
Criteria:
Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting & a minimum of 2 years in Theatre
Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
Have a recognised post-registration nursing course - Higher Diploma or Post Graduate appropriate to the position is essential i.e. Quality, or in pursuit of same
Proven clinical and professional management, risk management and clinical audit ability
Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
Strong Communication skills
Organisational & interpersonal skills
Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
Management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and management skills
Good IT skills
Leadership skills
Work on own initiative or as part of a team
Approachable Manager
