Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner - Leading Industrial Manufacturing Facility Location: West Limerick On behalf of our clients who are one of Ireland's leading industrial manufacturing facilities, operating a large-scale production plant on a 1,300-acre site. The Role: As our Maintenance Planner, you'll be a crucial member of our staff team supporting front-line operations. You'll drive preventative maintenance planning using our Maintenance Management System, ensuring all work is properly scheduled and resourced. Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: Lead long-term planning processes Manage preventative maintenance schedules and care-plans Produce daily and weekly work schedules Coordinate resources, materials, and parts availability Organize support services (scaffolding, craneage) Facilitate morning maintenance planning meetings Liaise with section leads on work prioritization Drive maintenance data recording Collaborate with site-wide planning team Support budget preparation Assist in maintenance standards development Conduct planned inspections Required Qualifications & Experience: Trade qualification or technical degree 3+ years' relevant industrial experience Planning/scheduling experience preferred Strong organizational and systemic thinking Excellent communication skills Self-motivated team player Proven problem-solving abilities Benefits Package: Competitive salary Comprehensive pension scheme Health insurance Active sports and social club On-site gym facilities This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing operation and develop your career in a dynamic industrial environment.
