We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing Hibernia Home Care team working in the Newbridge, Naas and Surrounding areas area.

Pay: We pay excellent hourly rates of €15 and €20 per hour and a weekend pay rate of €17.50 - €20.00 per hour We have excellent working shift patterns to suit you: Monday to Friday mornings Monday to Friday afternoons Full weekend Our ideal candidate: Proactive person who can use your own decision making skills.
Willingness to learn and develop your skills Can do attitude and strong work ethic Able to work independently as well as part of a team Empathetic to people and kind Good communication skills A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference Honesty and integrity Kind, caring and compassionate Hardworking/ motivated Resilient Team player Reliable You have access to your own car Key responsibilities: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Hibernia Home Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, empathetic and have a passion for caring for others.
