Overview of Role
Ergo IT Resourcing are seeking a
Dynamics 365 Application Support Specialist (Intermediate level)
to join a major public sector organisation in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to provide
hands-on application support and configuration
within a large-scale enterprise environment.
What will you do?
Provide
advanced Level 1/2 BAU support
for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Configure and maintain
Dynamics 365 case management
, including workflows, SLAs, roles, and permissions.
Deliver and update
end-user training
, onboarding, guides, and support documentation.
Collaborate with
technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
to resolve complex queries.
Monitor and manage
support ticket queues
, ensuring efficient resolution in line with SLAs and security/compliance standards.
Collect and structure
user feedback
to identify improvements and drive system/process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to
GDPR and public sector compliance frameworks
.
What do you need?
4+ years' hands-on experience
supporting and configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
Degree in an
ICT-related field (Level 6 or higher)
such as Computer Science, IS, or BIS.
At least one certification:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230) OR
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
Proven expertise in
case management configuration
, workflows, and complex issue resolution.
Strong background in
ticket management, documentation, and knowledge base creation
.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience delivering
training, onboarding, and process adoption initiatives
.
Fluent English (CEFR C2 or equivalent if not a native speaker).
