Your Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end creative development, production, and management of campaign assets for KPMG's multi-award-winning Graduate Campaign, including static visuals, motion graphics, digital content, print materials, and experiential elements.
Lead the design and delivery of high-impact marketing materials and pursuit collateral across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency and quality for brochures, signage, infographics, presentations, web interfaces, and banner ads.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape briefs, refine messaging, and present design concepts to secure buy-in.
Apply strong creative and technical skills across design disciplines including: Graphic Design (Typography, layout, digital design, UX/UI), Software Proficiency (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint), and Motion Graphics & Video (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Manage a dynamic workload with shifting priorities and timelines, and contribute to the mentorship and development of junior creatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, ideally within a corporate environment, agency, or internal creative team.
Degree in Visual Communication or a related design discipline.
Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and delivery of large-scale, multi-format campaigns from concept to completion.
Experience with a range of formats including digital assets, brochures and print collateral, OOH signage, infographics, presentation decks, and media print ads.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and motion/video graphics (After Effects, Premiere).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; Word is a plus.
Experience with proposals/tenders is an advantage; familiarity with digital channels including social media.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, teamwork, and client management skills.
A passion for design and storytelling with attention to brand consistency.
Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of print production processes and finishing techniques.
CV and design portfolio showcasing relevant projects and campaigns are required.
