Job Title: Personal TrainerLocation: DC Health & Fitness, Unit 15 Lee Park, Sitecast Industrial Estate, Pouladuff, CorkType: Part-TimeAbout UsDC Health & Fitness is a small-group training facility and nutrition consultancy dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term health.We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, welcoming, and community-driven environment where every member feels seen, heard, and empowered.Role OverviewWe're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal Trainer to join our team.You'll be responsible for delivering small-group training sessions, providing 1:1 coaching when needed, and supporting our members with both their fitness and lifestyle goals.This role goes beyond just sets and reps—it's about building relationships, supporting people in their health journey, and being a key part of our community.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality small group and personal training sessions in line with DC Health & Fitness standards.Provide safe, effective, and engaging coaching tailored to clients of all fitness levels.Build positive, professional relationships with members, supporting them in achieving their goals.Contribute to creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating training environment.Carry out fitness assessments, goal-setting, and progress tracking for members.Educate clients on proper technique, injury prevention, and lifestyle habits that support health.Support with gym operations such as member onboarding, cleaning/maintenance, social media and community engagement.What We're Looking ForA qualified Personal Trainer (minimum EQF Level 3 or equivalent).A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people succeed.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate, encourage, and support clients in a positive, compassionate way.Team player who thrives in a small, community-focused environment.Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to grow with the business.Experience in small group personal training, strength & conditioning, or nutrition support is a bonus.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience and qualifications.Opportunities for continued professional development & mentoring.A supportive, passionate, and friendly team environment.The chance to be part of a growing health, fitness & nutrition community in Cork.Job Type: Part-timePay: €***** per hourWork Location: In person
