Start: Late August/Early September **** Duration: min. 3 months (preferably 5 months)Stage/internship position for the office in Galway, IrelandQuickGalway is recruiting proactive part-time interns to join our international team.It is a very attractive, dynamic, and varied experience, and our interns are always enthusiastic about it.We require availability for five days per week (4/6 hours per day), mostly morning hours and including some weekends (if required).We offer an initial contract and a 1-month probationary period.The intern will work in our office (city centre) and be required to meet clients and team members regularly at business locations.The intern will be required to carry out duties/errands outside the office, including visiting company-managed accommodation in Galway and other Irish cities once per week.The position will cover the following areas:- customer service- sales and contracts- Emergency management- managing groups of international students- practical tasks relating to the property serviceThe candidate needs to show some previous experience in the sector and a very favourable attitude towards customer service.Good communication skills (English language, written and oral), a team-player attitude, and flexibility over time are strictly required.The candidate must possess an aptitude for problem-solving, outstanding communication skills, and availability for practical tasks.Benefits provided:- Training is provided to the candidate.- A discount on great-value accommodation in a self-catering property in the city centre,- Urban transport card- Extra urban transport costs are covered by the company if for business purposesJob Types: Part-time, InternshipContract length: 3/6 monthsPay: €0.10 per hourBenefits:FlexitimeRelocation assistanceWork Location: In person
