Campaign Optimization Specialist page is loaded **Campaign Optimization Specialist**locationsDublin, IE time typeFull time posted onPosted 2 Days Ago job requisition idR****** Location: Dublin (onsite)\_****Who We Are:****X is what's happening and what people are talking about right now.We believe real change starts with conversation.At X, we're on a mission to become a trusted global digital public square and be the everything app.Our goal is to empower every user to freely create and share ideas, fostering open public discourse without barriers.Join us in shaping this thrilling journey where your contribution will be invaluable to our success****Team Description:****Sitting within the Revenue Product Specialist organisation, the Campaign Optimisation specialist function is our in-house function responsible for driving business outcomes through campaign triage and optimization recommendations, as well as assisting our sales teams in delivering desirable KPI outcomes for their advertisers.Our end goal is to maximize revenue sustainability by bringing advertisers the best of X Ads.****What You'll Do:****As a Campaign Optimization Specialist lI, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our advertising clients meet their campaign objectives across the full acquisition funnel.You'll dive deep into campaign data, provide actionable optimization recommendations, and partner with sales teams to deliver long-term value.Your work will shape how advertisers succeed on X. **Responsibilities:*** Build trust with sales teams and customers across a set of accounts by advising them on how to achieve the best possible outcomes on their direct response (DR) & mobile app promotion (MAP) advertising campaigns.* Keep a pulse on day-to-day campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations to advertisers & sales teams through clear communications.* Connect customers' success goals with campaign strategies that will help them achieve desired results on our platform.* Conduct through analytical research and offer detailed recommendations to help identify what works and scale campaign success for our customers.* Build campaign-specific learning plans for key accounts to gain customers' trust in X's ability to help them achieve performance outcomes at scale.* Assist customers in setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests that can validate their hypotheses on how to achieve their goals on X. * Serve as a close partner to Client Account Managers, offering analytical insights, specialized product knowledge, technical expertise so we can drive increased adoption of our optimization best practices with key customers and agencies in your region.* Work cross-functionally with our Product team to uncover new ways to make optimization easier for our customers.* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of X's Ads UI, analytical tools, auction, products, and more.* Joining advertiser meetings and providing Optimization recommendations, strong ability to professionally and effectively handle client objections, based on data logic and advertisers KPIs.**Qualifications:*** 3-4+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, marketing, or related relevant experience.* Ability to dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and communicate impactful recommendations with attention to detail.* Fluency in the goals behind performance advertising media buying, including customer acquisition, retention, or ROAS.* A great teammate who can handle their workload independently and offer creative solutions.* Deep understanding of measurement, attribution, mobile app conversion tracking, website conversion tracking, and the common challenges.* Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, JIRA, and decent understanding of X Ads Manager * Experience working with direct response, eCommerce, or mobile app promotion advertising campaigns.* Willingness to join meetings outside normal business hours to collaborate with our colleagues from around the world.#J-*****-Ljbffr
