The Responsibilities:As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the requirements for new and existing Mobile Ordering product and service offerings within our company.The Mobile Ordering product is part of our family of Commerce solutions.You will create compelling product visions and goals for the team and foster an environment of trust, cross-functional collaboration and innovation in support of delivering against these.You will maximize the value our products deliver to our customers and the business through effective backlog management and streamlining the execution of product priorities by the development team.You will be responsible for building product roadmaps that represent the capabilities and cadence of delivery in order to realize value back to the business customer(s).You will ensure the roadmap balances new feature development with compliance with standards, accessibility and remediation of technical debt.Who we are looking for:A personable, upbeat and diplomatic individual with great communication, facilitation and leadership skills.You will be passionate about building data analytical platforms and client facing solutions that provide valuable insights to both internal business teams as well as our customers.You will be data-driven in your decision making.First and foremost, you believe that building trusted relationships is the foundation for a productive and engaged workplace.You are a collaborative and pro-active team member with a clear voice and point of view.You are a natural diplomat when it comes to helping to resolve complex issues and fostering effective working relationships.The Essentials:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related field5+ years of Agile experience with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, a technical understanding of products, and is up-to-date on industry standards and best practicesExperience creating and managing product backlog(s) across product(s), including persona management, user story mapping, capturing stories, codifying, grooming, and prioritizingDefines robust product acceptance criteria that incorporate business benefit valueBalances the sequencing and timing of features to align delivery with market imperativesDelivers roadmaps that develop the Product(s) Architecture in terms of the non-technical business domainCan describe and communicate the product releases to marketWorks closely with Product Management and the business to determine value that will be considered as part of economic value, trade-off decisions, or path to realizationStrong understanding of the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle processesComfortable working with multiple teams that are in-house, remote, and internationally locatedPeople skills: Diplomatic, empathetic, personable, organized, collaborative, self-starter, relationship-builderExceptional facilitation, presentation, communication, and writing skillsExcellent critical thinking, follow-through, prioritization, and organizational skillsData-driven decision maker with attention to detailExperience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, AhaDesirable but Non-EssentialProduct Owner experience in Mobile Application development domainExperience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based platformsExperience in a Omnichannel Retail Commerce DomainCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.Transact Campus Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, protected military/veteran status, or any other protected factor.#J-*****-Ljbffr
