What you will do: Manage and process customer direct sales orders promptly and accurately Provide general customer support, including phone answering, managing mailboxes, managing customer related queries. Manage customer payments and issue invoices, receipts and statements in a timely manner. Identify and Source nonstandard inventory. Manage and process supplier purchase orders promptly and efficiently. Provide general support to our supply chain, including phone answering, managing mailboxes, and bringing supplier queries. Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships Support your colleagues and the warehouse team with day-to-day activities and maintain good communication with your overall team, management and the wider company group. Who is this job for? Previous experience in administration preferably in a warehouse environment Strong customer service skills and experience. Competent in data entry and reporting Good level of written and spoken English. Attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions Strong telephone manners and customer service orientation. Ability to work as part of a team and independently Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
