Voice Video Engineer/AV Engineer
Location : Cork
Duration : 6 months (Contract will be renewed every 3 months)
The primary objective of this initiative is to support layer 1 Voice / VC activities for add, moves and changes for the Cork Campus
Mandatory Skill sets-:
Experience engineering and developing large scale integrated VC systems.
Solid experience with audio and video design.
Strong communication skills in a Video conference / Voice environments
Provide a solid foundation in video communications engineering and a track record of developing video conferencing and voice solutions.
Activities to be performed-:
Be involved in the direction of overall internal video communications technology and in improving the quality of the existing and future systems used globally.
Employee will be responsible for supporting existing Video conferencing , voice systems and infrastructure.
Employee will collaborate and recommend both tactical and strategic video, networking and collaboration capabilities.
Maintenance of Campus Desktop phone / VC
Wiring Closet cabling/Patching
Wiring Closet inspection and maintenance.
Comms Room inspection and maintenance.
Solving trouble tickets and service requests
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
