This hotels culinary team is the heart of their operation, and we are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen to new heights, including elevating the fine dining restaurant to its full potential. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Two-Star Michelin-level Chef with a creative vision and the drive to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment. Menu Development: Conceptualize and execute seasonal menus that reflect the highest standards of modern fine dining while maintaining the quality and creativity expected of a Two-Star Michelin kitchen. Operational Excellence: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, hygiene, and safety, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Quality Control: Maintain consistent and exceptional food quality at all times, ensuring every dish meets the highest culinary standards. Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends, integrating new techniques and ingredients, and consistently innovating to offer an extraordinary dining experience. Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and elevate the overall guest experience. Budget Management: Manage food costs, stock levels, and kitchen budget to ensure financial sustainability without compromising quality. Requirements: Proven experience in a high-end Michelin-starred kitchen, ideally with a Two or Three-Star Michelin background. A passion for fine dining, creativity, and innovation. Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring culinary teams. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all departments. A formal culinary qualification would be an advantage, but not essential. We Offer: A competitive salary package up to €70,000 per annum based on experience.
