Overview
A leading financial services business in Dublin is seeking a HR Advisor/ HR Executive to join their people team.
This is a 6 month contract to start with and is a great opportunity to work in a corporate environment with lots of scope to support general HR services.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to provide interview planning, clear communication, and support throughout the recruitment cycle.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on policies and systems to managers and staff.
Process joiners, changes, and leavers efficiently while maintaining accurate HRIS updates and payroll coordination.
Support employee relations cases (e.g., performance management, absence management) with empathetic guidance.
Draft and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
What you bring
Ideally 3–5 years' experience in a generalist or advisory HR role within financial services or another regulated sector (experience in a financial services regulated environment if preferable)
Proven track record managing full recruitment cycles while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and confidence advising on employee relations matters.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll reporting accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across all organisational levels.
Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
