Major Duties:
Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, to regulatory and client standards.
Provide input to process changes which would result in greater operational efficiency.
Provide day-to-day support and guidance to TA Analysts; support the Team Leader with workflow distribution and effective use of staff resources.
Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
Manage daily operational activities and supervise the work of junior staff (not a formal management role).
Be technically sound in your area of expertise and possess broader knowledge of other areas.
Deliver work products that require less revision.
Facilitate discussions and reach decisions effectively.
Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Functional/Industry knowledge is required.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience are required.
