Site Manager (Housing): A highly reputable Residential Developer is seeking a Site Manager for a 2-year residential project in Co.
Meath.
The company, with a strong and established reputation in residential construction, offers a stable and long-term employment opportunity.
We prefer candidates with proven experience in housing developments, either in Ireland or the UK.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience with a main contractor or developer.
Preference for extensive experience in high-volume housing projects (40 units or more).
Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale, high-quality housing projects, either in Ireland or the UK.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in spoken and written English, and eligibility to work in Ireland is a requirement.
Advantageous to have experience in groundworks and site development works.
Role: Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality Ensure that tasks are executed in adherence to planning, health and safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a high level of quality.
Take complete accountability for project outcomes, overseeing the entire process from tender initiation through construction to handover.
Provide support in managing the project budget, collaborating with the broader team including the quantity surveyor.
Develop project, program, and risk management plans as part of your responsibilities.
Oversee the dissemination of information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners associated with your site.
Efficiently manage the site team, encompassing both direct and indirect staff, to ensure the project adheres to the established timeline.
