Title: Reception Manager Location: Carlow Salary: €35-40k Duties & Responsibilities: To greet guests in a warm and friendly manner outlining the facilities of the Hotel. Check in and out guests efficiently and professionally according to agreed standard operating procedures. To oversee that all departmental floats are signed in and out in the correct manner. To pass over correct and detailed information to the following shift pass-over. To develop and motivate your team will be a key focus. To ensure all mandatory training and SOPs are maintained. Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit the best in the business. Candidate: 2 - 3 years experience in a similar 4*/ 5* property. Ability to manage a team and create a cost effective roster. Hotsoft experience is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail.
