Position: Clinical or Counselling PsychologistLocation: Rathfarnham, Dublin 16Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week)Reporting to: Clinical Director Were recruiting on behalf of a respected mental health service provider in South Dublin. This organisation offers specialised inpatient care for adults with complex neuropsychiatric conditions, including Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Huntingtons Disease, early-onset dementia, schizophrenia, and mood disorders. It is the only facility in Ireland offering advanced care for Huntingtons Disease. The service is delivered through a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based, recovery-oriented approaches. Key Requirements: Essential: QQI Level 8 degree in Psychology (PSI-accredited)Postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (Dept. of Health validated)Minimum 5 years post-qualification experienceAt least 60 days supervised clinical experience in adult mental health Desirable: Experience in adult mental health or psychiatry of later lifeFamiliarity with mental health rehabilitationTraining in CBT (including for psychosis) and other modalities (e.g., DBT, family therapy)Clinical supervision experienceHospital-based experience and people management skills Benefits: Free onsite parkingSubsidised staff restaurantContributory pensionCPD and education supportEmployee wellbeing & assistance programmesCycle to work scheme
