Recruitment Consultant at ProSource Group
ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading structural design consultancy with an exciting range of multi-disciplinary nationwide projects, for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their expanding Dublin office.
The Role
Lead the design and coordination of structural projects, managing inputs from junior engineers and technicians.
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Review and approve technical drawings and documentation prior to issue.
Conduct site inspections and structural assessments as part of ongoing project delivery.
Ensure compliance with ISO9000 quality management procedures across all project stages.
Contribute to technical reviews and professional development
Mentor and junior staff, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years experience in an engineering design consultancy environment (3+ years Irish experience)
Bachelors in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent
Chartered with Engineers Ireland or IStructE
Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
Competent working primarily on own initiative but also as part of team
Full clean Irish driving licence
