Financial Controller

HireForce is working with a successful Irish SME Business who have a requirement for a Financial Controller. In this role you will manage a small team and have full ownership of the finance function of the trading companies. Other responsibilities: Monthly Management Accounts Group Reporting pack Board Meetings Manage financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ensure robust internal controls are in place and followed. Ensure timely financial reporting to management and shareholders. Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Monitor and control all financial aspects including reporting, cash flow, and expenses. Dealing with Auditors, Accountants, Insurance, Finance Lease companies. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensure compliance with finance acts and statutory obligations RCT/VAT/P30 Process employee payroll and manage related communications. Prepare various financial reports and analyses for management. Collaborate with senior management on business plans and strategies.
