Overview
O'Brien's Wine is seeking a motivated and experienced
Store Manager
to lead one of our stores.
Location: Ardkeen, Waterford.
You\'ll be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and aligning with company objectives to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, create a business plan, and engage with customers to drive growth.
Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock ordering, maintain stock availability, and proactively address stock issues.
Cost Control: Manage overhead costs, including wages, uniforms, and training, to ensure efficient operations.
Store Standards: Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are correctly priced and well-stocked.
Staff Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance, positive presentation, and adherence to policies.
Customer Care: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
The Ideal Candidate
Passionate about wine; WSET qualifications preferred.
Customer-focused: Strong dedication to delivering a high-end shopping experience.
Experienced: Proven management experience in retail.
Motivated & Energetic: A positive, high-energy leader with a desire to grow in the retail sector.
