Recruitment Consultant Warehouse Operations Desk Top Drawer Talent is looking for a driven and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving warehouse operations desk based in Dublin 10. This is a full 360 role, recruiting for both permanent and contract positions across the warehousing and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, developing new client relationships and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. A background in logistics, warehousing, or transport would be a clear advantage, but applications from those with strong commercial acumen and a sales-driven mindset are strongly encouraged. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles in warehouse operations Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the logistics and warehousing sector Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking Screen, interview, and match candidates to job vacancies Use multiple sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and CRM systems Deliver consistent candidate and client experiences to build long-term trust and repeat business Work towards and exceed revenue and activity targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, telesales, or a fast-paced call centre environment Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong business development skills and a commercial mindset Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work to tight deadlines Confident on the phone with strong interpersonal skills Organised, resilient, and motivated by targets and results Advantageous: Industry experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing recruitment Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment CRMs and Microsoft Office tools This role offers a fantastic career path within a supportive business that invests in its people.
