Advance Protection are hiring Retail Security Guards .Full and Part time experienced PSA Licenced officer's requiredThis role is based between Kildare and Offaly.Objectives of this role:Must have A.S.C.O.N.E ExperienceEnsure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, access control, monitoring and equipment control.Be always visible and observant.Respond immediately to incidents swiftly and appropriately in a calm professional manner.Maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.Collaborate with other security officers and site management.Maintain a high level of vigilance.Responsibilities:Complete daily reports including relevant information, observations, CCTV footage and signatures.Patrol property on foot.Investigate and take appropriate action as required by company policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activity, safety, and fire incidents.Control and monitor CCTV always adhering to GDPR and perform building and equipment inspections.Secure all doors and exits depending on shift.Strong Understanding Retail Security .Skills and Qualifications RequiredMust have 3 years proven background experienceMust hold an in date and valid PSA licence.Proven experience as a security officerA clear spoken voice and good command of English.Experience with security equipment and CCTV.Preferably able to travel to other sites in the regionOwn transport (Required)Job Type: Full-timeRate: €16 per hourExperienceProven Retail Security ExperienceLanguage:EnglishPSA Licence/Certification - RequiredPSA Licenced OfficerStart Date : 8/9/2025Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €***** per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Every weekendMonday to FridayWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 8/9/2025Job Type: Part-timeJob Type: Part-timeExpected hours: No more than 20 per weekExperience:Retail Security in Ireland : 3 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Licence/Certification:PSA Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
