Grant Engineering Ireland is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-efficiency heating products.We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our office-based Customer Service team in Birr, Co.Offaly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about heating technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle pre- and post-sales enquiries from domestic and trade customers.Manage warranty calls, including logging issues, coordinating resolutions, and following up with service engineers.Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers over the phone and via email.Liaise with internal departments including Technical Sales, Service, and Dispatch to ensure smooth customer experience.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.Support the team with order processing, returns, and documentation.Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.A working knowledge of plumbing, heating, or electrical systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Training & SupportFull on-the-job training will be provided.Opportunities to learn about Grant's product range including heat pumps, boilers, and controls.Exposure to technical documentation and service procedures.Candidates must be authorised to work in Ireland and be available to attend an in person interview at short notice.Due to the large volume of applications we receive, only candidates that match the criteria set out will be considered.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,******-€40,****** per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programWellness programLanguage:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
