Your new company Maintenance Manager with a high volume production business in Monaghan, operating for more than 5 decades and continually diversifying and investing in the business to lead this unique but thriving industry. This is a new role, a chance to shape it, develop maintenance systems and lead a new team and shape this department from the start rather than inherit old processes. Your new role Taking on a new position for the company. You will shape the PM systems going forward, manage an already impressive spares inventory and be pivotal in improving the maintenance offering for production by prioritising tasks and planning installation and upgrades. Lead the team, delegate, communicate with departments and contribute to future direction of the business. What you'll need to succeed The role will require a background in production maintenance and some form of taking responsibility for team and prioritising department work.
