This Finance Manager role will be responsible for producing timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of cost data to support transformation initiatives.
The role will focus on understanding key cost drivers, designing performance metrics, and generating insights to support business partners and senior stakeholders in driving cost efficiency.
What you will help us to achieve

• Support the Executive Finance Manager in partnering closely with Divisional Leaders to support transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals

• Own the development and maintenance of cost analysis and insights using EPM tools, SAP data, and Power BI visualisations.

• Analyse cost base trends and drivers to identify inefficiencies, transformation opportunities, and areas for deeper investigation.

• Produce dashboards and reports to track change initiatives funding and benefits against targets.

• Contribute to scenario modelling and planning cycles, embedding expected savings and costs associated with change initiatives.

• Ensure integrity and consistency of underlying data across reporting layers.

• Liaison with the Finance Business Partnering Team as necessary to ensure insightful cost reporting is provided to the business

• Potentially line manage one of more direct reports in the future
What you will need to be successful in the role
The ideal candidate will have/be:

• An excellent academic record - university degree in a numerate and relevant discipline, additional accountancy professional qualifications.

• 5-10 years of Finance experience in a FP&A or cost management role.

• Advanced analytical and modelling skills with strong Excel, Power BI, and EPM capability.

• Deep understanding of cost allocation, cost drivers, and financial planning processes.

• Experience working with SAP, cost centre data and IFRS-based reporting.

• Ability to translate raw financial data into meaningful insights and KPIs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• The ability to work in a fast-moving environment, and the interpersonal skills required to interact with all stakeholders.

• A motivated self-starter with significant experience in driving and managing cross-functional deliverables via collaboration.

• Excellent presentation, communication and MS Office skills.
