Lady Melia is a stylish and trendy ladies fashion boutique in New Ross, Co.Wexford, Ireland.With both a physical store and an online presence, Lady Melia aims to provide its customers with the latest fashion trends and exceptional shopping experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and fashion-forward Fashion Boutique & E-Commerce Associate to join our team.This role is a blend of in-store retail operations and online store management.The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences both in-person and online.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Boutique Duties:Welcome and assist customers with styling advice and product knowledge.Manage day-to-day boutique operations including merchandising, stock display, and cleanliness.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Build strong customer relationships and maintain a loyal client base.E-Commerce & Online Duties:Manage online product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, stock updates).Process and package online orders with accuracy and care.Coordinate returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.Assist in creating engaging social media content and online marketing campaigns.Monitor online store performance and suggest improvements for customer experience.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce (preferred but not required).Passion for ladies' fashion, trends, and styling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €***** per hourExpected hours: *********** per weekBenefits:Employee discountStore discountWork Location: In person
