Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the preparation of planning applications, tender documents, and construction packages.
Actively participate in meetings with clients and design teams.
Identify potential business prospects for the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Some experience in a variety of civil projects within the Irish or UK market
Strong interpersonal skills to manage and motivate other design personnel
Diligent work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
