developing the platform APIs supporting SiriusXM, and Pandora applications, which provides a cohesive experience across Client Applications.You'll also function as the primary contact collaborating with Product, Marketing and partnering Engineering teams to harmonize our efforts toward shared company goals.The Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager is responsible for organizing, driving, and accounting for insights into the technology we develop, while building cross-functional relationships through communication and collaboration.The role will help ensure our teams are aligned with the product roadmap and deliver best-in-class consumer applications for all our products.This role reports to a Director of Technical Program Management.What you'll do:Build and maintain a high-performing team, establishing clear goals, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.Develop and maintain an in-depth and subject matter expertise level understanding of the domain and lead efforts to advance its roadmap, aligning with organizational priorities.Identify and solve complex, cross-organizational challenges, devising innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Drive the creation and maintenance of domain process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize impact.Apply advanced SDLC methodologies and program management best practices to plan, monitor, and execute large-scale programs successfully.Utilize and leverage technical and program management tools (Confluence, JIRA, GitHub, AWS,LucidChart, MS Project, or equivalent) to optimize team and program performance.Prepare thoroughly for high-stakes meetings, crafting comprehensive agendas, pre-read materials, and anticipating questions to enable informed decision-making.Set and uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and best practices within the team and influence peers across the organization.Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plans as appropriate.Use advanced analytical skills to tackle ambiguous problems, deriving insights to shape strategic actions.Lead and resolve complex technical challenges with a calm, proactive approach, maintaining accuracy and timeliness under pressure.Demonstrate expertise in technical architecture and system design, facilitating technical discussions to make informed trade-offs that align with business objectives.Partner effectively as a technical liaison, bridging communications between stakeholders and engineering teams to drive alignment and deliver solutions.What You'll Need:6+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale initiatives.2+ years management experience leading high-performing teams within a technical program or product management environment.Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.Strong familiarity with program and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA,GitHub, AWS, LucidChart, MS Project).Advanced technical knowledge within the relevant domain area, with experience in technical architecture and system design.Exhibit expert-level verbal and written communication skills, representing the team effectively from ideation through execution.Display advanced conflict management skills, resolving disputes with minimal oversight and fostering productive discussions.Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies, allowing for flexibility in process.Have strong technical proficiency demonstrated in any number of ways, ex.coding skills, quality assurance experience or technical writing background or similarAn innate problem solver with the ability to thrive under pressure.Experience creating KPIs, dashboards and metrics.Working knowledge in
