Building Services Engineer

Our client, one of Ireland's top contractors, is looking for a Building Services Engineer for a project in the Dublin area.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in a variety of commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.Job Description:Being knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural detailsLiaising with design teams,Coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme,The timely submission of O & M manualsOther ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.The successful candidate will have:At least 3 years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable fieldExperience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is requiredThe ability to work in teams, to be organised, be a self starter and possess excellent oral and written communication skillsAn attractive salary and benefits package, including car allowance, will be provided, as well opportunities for career advancement.For more information on this position please call Ward Personnel on 021 233 9120 or apply online and a member of the Ward Personnel team will be in touch.#J-18808-Ljbffr
