Quality TechnicianRole Overview: * As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining the integrity of our Quality Management System.Responsibilities include: * Pre-plan and prepare First Article Inspection Reports for incoming products from Production. * Approve first articles by conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating necessary adjustments to production. * Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and arranging rework when necessary. * Document inspection results accurately, inputting data into the quality database, and acquiring and verifying material and sub-contract certificates for submission. * Ensure proper operation of measurement equipment by following operating instructions and arranging repairs and calibrations as needed. * Conduct various tests and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards and specifications.Competencies: * Ability to work with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. * Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience in dimensional measurement inspections using metric and imperial measurement units, and proficiency in the use of callipers, height gauges, and thread gauges
